Pick a Box Game—Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of staff are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Every $5.00 spent over the bar purchasing a drink earns the participants a maximum of two tickets. Tickets remain valid during all three rounds.
The Game
There are 30 numbered boxes.
Each box contains a prize, which may vary in value, the main price being a cash prize.
Once a box has been chosen, it is marked off and cannot be selected again.
At 6pm, 7pm & 8pm the staff running the game will pick out a ticket at random. The participant with the ticket must come forward and show their ticket to staff before proceeding.
The participant will have the chance to pick one box.
Prizes
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
The venue reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners are responsible for collecting their prizes on the day, unless otherwise agreed.
Fair Play
The venue’s decision regarding winners, prize allocation, or disputes is final.
Any tampering or unfair behaviour may result in disqualification.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow the venue to use their name and/or photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Liability
The venue takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or unclaimed prizes.
The venue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the game or acceptance of any prize.
Changes & Cancellation
The venue reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
Jag the Joker—Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over.
Proof of age may be required.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of staff are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Entries are gained over the bar purchasing drinks, two tickets per every $5.00 spent.
The Draw
One ticket will be drawn each week at the advertised time.
The drawn participant will have the chance to “Jag the Joker” by selecting a card from the displayed deck.
If the Joker is revealed, the major jackpot prize is won.
If the joker is not revealed the jackpot will carry over to the following week.
Prizes
Jackpot amount will be displayed and announced by the venue.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (unless stated).
Winners must be present to claim their prize at the time of the draw. If the winner is not present, another ticket will be drawn.
Fair Play
The venue’s decision in relation to any aspect of the game is final.
Any tampering or dishonest behaviour will result in disqualification.
Publicity
By participating, entrants consent to their name and/or photo being used for promotional purposes by the venue without additional compensation.
Liability
The venue accepts no responsibility for technical issues, lost tickets, or disputes arising from participation.
The venue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participating in the game or accepting a prize.
Changes & Cancellation
The venue reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
